| Responsibilities: - Assist the NPI Manager to follow and check all NPI projects running status.* -Involve in NPI project planning, following up and other activities. * - Maintain/ meeting production schedules and supervises the production operation in the lines or areas allocated. * - Assist the NPI manager to Supervise, control,motivate and assess subordinates in all aspects affecting their work performance and encourage teamwork among the employees of the affected departments.
