| 职位描述及要求 | |
| - Capacity to develop & well manage a product engineering team with 15 product engineers; - Creative, hands on experience to develop products from design concept to mass production launch; - Connector & related interconnect product design experience is a must; - “Design for Manufacturability”, must have excellent knowledge in tooling design & manufacturing tolerance specifications; - Practical knowledge of engineering material specifications (metals, plastics and plating); - Knowledge with metal parts & plastic components vendor base in southern China; - Experience to handle new product validation, test equipment and test procedures. (both electrical & mechanical) Experience with UL certifications will be a benefit; - Manage & ability to make continue improvement on system of engineering drawings, engineering change notes and other documentation; - Experience with Pro-E; - Able to work under pressure. Use practical approaches & speedy response to multi-tasks with good accuracy; - Ability to coach/train other product & design engineers for technical solutions; - Able to meet customer expectations & deadlines; - Weekly tracking on all programs progress & problem prevention. Chair meetings; - Strong communication & staff management skills.
