职位描述及要求
Job Description:
- Expenses check, General ledger entry as well as expenses auto-distribution in Macola system;
- Prepare and analysis expenses reports-"Burden, Sales & Marketing, Administration Expenses";
- Analysis AR Aging report and push overdue receivables;
- Prepare sales monthly report and related analysis report;
- Communication with oversea / domestic customers to solve problem if have;
- Check AR balance with customer to ensure its accuracy;
- Send AR statement to Sister Divisions or other customers for reconciliation;
- Issue invoice to customer, including domestic and oversea;
- Ensure above are completed successfully before month-end closing.
Qualification / Requirements:
- 3 years working experience of GL/AR/Cost in Multinational Corporation;
- Proficient in economic law and P.R.C accounting rules;
- Positive working attitude and good character;
- University degree, majoring in accounting;
- Open mind, good communication;
- Good communication.
