| HR and Adm. Specialist/Assistant (Report to HR and Adm. Manager) Job Purpose/Mandate: 1.Functions as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities. 2.Responsibilities may include a multitude of activities. 3.May screen resumes and applications and may interview applicants. 4.May counsel employees concerning work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary. 5.Writes position descriptions, benefit brochures and employee handbooks. 6.Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects. 7.May assist in the formulation of compensation objectives, manpower goals, personnel policies and procedures. Education requirements: Generally requires a University degree in Business Administration or Finance, Career Experience: 2 years relevant experience, or equivalent.
