职位描述及要求



Senior Process Engineer/Chemist:
（工作地点：松江工业区；公司有多条班车线路经过浦东及市区）

Job Description:
1, Commissioning of new products; Review raw material, process and product specifications to develop a commercially viable process and assess risk and hazard to ensure a safe operation in the plant.
2, Monitoring and improving the productivity, quality and production consistency of existing products;
3, Supporting production to ensure that the existing process and equipment work at the optimum level. This includes conducting process development experiments to scale in a pilot lab, and trouble-shooting existing processes.
4, Assuming technical responsibilities to support the production and QC. This should include raw material qualification/substitution.
5, Participating actively in HAZOP studies, plant safety audit, and MOC implementation to ensure that all aspects of production meet NSC regulations.

Requirements:
1, BS or MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Polymer Science with 5+ years of industrial experience in polymer production or synthesis;
2, Industrial experience in adhesive, coating or paint formulations and their uses;
3, Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry, synthesis, and evaluations is a plus.
4, Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written;
5, Good project management skills, including multi-tasking and time management, resource allocation and prioritization in a fast-paced environment;
6, Ability to collaborate with other functions within the organization;
7, Demonstrating potential to take up senior leading role in process engineering function.
