POSITION SUMMARY: The Product Manager is responsible for driving product roadmaps and product requirements, and guide the development process to successful product launch. This position works closely with the R&D, Marketing and Sales departments to understand customer needs and market trends, define market requirements, assess competitors, and convert these findings into effective product strategies. The Product Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the product line - Wireless Sensor that based upon packaging of LTCC (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic). RESPONSIBILITIES: 1Competitive, Technology and Market Research & Analysis: 2Product Strategy and Planning: ·Product Strategy and Planning: ·Identify strategic market opportunities, segment and size markets to identify targets. Define and assess new product concepts and opportunities. Develop business cases and establish pricing and profit strategies. ·Oversee requirements gathering and product specification for new products. Develop justification and viability analysis of new products. ·Lead creation of individual product, product platform and vertical solutions plans and contribute to overall Wireless Sensor product roadmap. ·Define and communicate a coherent product vision and strategy, value proposition, use cases, and positioning for each product, both internally and externally. ·Help to identify and develop strategic relationships that support product development goals and to fulfill product strategy objectives. 3Product Requirements: ·Work closely with R&D and other teams to translate customer needs into concise and clear product functionality requirements. ·Define key service level, usage and quality metrics to monitor and ensure product competitiveness. ·Develop and manage Beta and launch plans for new products. 4Marketing, Sales and Professional Services Partnership: ·Partner with Marketing to translate technical features into customer value propositions; define messaging and create product white papers, one-sheets, press releases, flash presentations, and other marketing collateral. ·Train Sales and Support teams, and participate in the sales process as required. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience ·MBA degree preferred ·BSc degree required (EE, Physic, Computer or Control Engineering, Instrumentation) ·Minimum 5 years of responsibility in electronics & RF wireless product management, product marketing or program management, preferably in the sensor industries. ·Must have a solid track record in design and delivery of successful and innovative applications or services. ·Solid experience Wireless and Sensor technology. Skills & Knowledge ·Strategic thinker; can manage long-term and cross-product issues. ·Must be able to quickly assimilate technical options and tradeoffs and guide the team to the optimal balance of meeting customer needs and operating within resource constraints. ·Excellent organizational and project management skills: Must be able to lead a team through the goal setting process, execution, delivery and maintenance of product programs. ·Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and present highly professional, effective presentations for both business and technical audiences. ·Working knowledge of Wireless Sensing application, design practices and technologies is required.
