受某知名北欧公司委托，为其寻找Construction Project Manager，其职位要求如下： The candidate will join the construction team in the company property department (8 persons). After a successful training period (on site in Beijing), were the candidate will assimilate the company way of building stores, valuable candidate will take the responsibility of one project during the design and the construction period (one year each project). Tasks · Estimate the construction cost · Be responsible for the time schedule, quality and cost of the project · Bring construction expertise and support to the retailer · Find the best economical and technical solution for store construction and maintenance · Manage day by day the project, in meetings in English, coordinate all subcontractors and designers · Communicate with retail, and coordinate action and demands from retail (internal client) · Estimate the cost of construction Education · Engineer degree in electrical/civil or HVAC Experience · Around 5 years experience in project management for a foreign investor, including design and site supervision.
