Introduction:
The task of Project Support is to support Company stores all over the world with service as know-how as well as with equipment supply when establishing, rebuilding or re-modelling an Company store.
Assignment:
-Establish contact with Company Expansion Project Teams and maintain contact until the Follow Up is completed after store opening.
-Being the main IMS contact for the Company Expansion Project Teams
-Provide the Company Expansion Teams with IMS project tools
-Act as an adviser within IMS total range of products and services-Plan, coordinate and secure all orders, deliveries and installations for a store build-up
-Do follow-up on orders, deliveries and installations
-Challenge, develop and maximize working tools and working methods

Specific Competence for a Project SupportKnowledge
-Good project coordination skills.
-High level of communication skills
-Basic technical knowledge and capability to read and explain technical drawings.
-Have knowledge and understanding of Company manuals, the Company Retail Concept.
-Good knowledge of understanding the process of planning and building up an Company store.
-The work is on a global arena, you have knowledge and experience of how to co-operate and work with different people from different cultures in an international environment.
-Great interest and good knowledge in IMS total range of products and services
-Good knowledge/understanding about a running Company store
-Great knowledge of the IMS supply chain
-Good knowledge and experience in working with basic data tools and communication tools such as Excel, Word, Power point etc.
