| 职位描述及要求 | |
受某知名北欧公司委托，为其寻找Quality Trainer，其职位要求如下: ASSIGNMENT -Identify the training needs, establish and maintain training plans; -Make presentations and coordinate training facilities; -Collect training evaluations, conduct analysis and continuously improve the training effectiveness -Conduct audits at supplier site, summarize issues, coach supplier individually to establish the quality system in accordance with company quality requirements, -Meet business teams to find the solution and improve the suppliers’ system. -Qway Standard Training – training co-workers and suppliers on detailed requirements of company quality standards, -Sampling Plan Training – understand MIL-STD-105E or similar, train suppliers to establish effective sampling plan(s) -Final Inspection (FI) training – Organize short courses for co-workers and suppliers to establish Final Inspection per company standards -Process Inspection (PI) training – Coordinate training for Process Inspectors, coach supplier to setup effective process control -Other training and short courses per demand -Perform audits when needed Knowledge -Bachelor degree or higher with technical education background; -Experienced trainer; a qualified tutor would be much welcome; -A wide range of experience in Production and Quality; -Sound knowledge in Sampling Plan (e.g. MIL-STD-105E), Production Management Plan (PMP), Statistical Process Control(SPC), -Certified auditor with certain auditing experience. Capabilities & Experience -The ability to motivate, create energy and prioritize Q issues among co-workers and suppliers. -The ability to work through and with others. -Good training skill and communication skills. -Analytical and structured. -Skilled in motivating, inspiring and facilitating, both internally and externally. -Pro-active and methodical; -Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English; can conduct training for expatriates -More than 5 years experience to be trainer in technical, production or quality management area 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至carol.zhang@yiri-intl.com。 |
