受某美国公司委托，为其寻找QA Manager，其职位描述如下

Basic Requirement
A bachelor‘s or master‘s degree in computer science, software telecommunication or related.
Candidates will have a minimum of 6 years of hand-on comprehensive QA experience ranging from system validation test, software test, system test to test automation.
Candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of hand-on management experience in products and QA management functions.
Candidates will require excellent communications skills in Mandarin and average communication skills in English to be able to translate system requirements to actual system design and to effectively understand, debug and correct problems faced by the teams in China and the USA.
Candidates will be responsible for independently taking a feature all the way from design to implementation and test. This will require technical strength and the ability to interact with the team to ensure other features are integrated with the overall system.
Candidates will require experience and knowledge of standard software development, system test and QA processes and methodologies, and have a high commitment to deliver quality.
Mature, intellectual, stable and excellent organizational skills.

Role Responsibility:
-Manage and drive QA department that orchestrates multiple projects and cross-functions in the same time.
-Will do hand-on work to plan, execute testing plans, and to communicate with different customers in the timely way.
-Manage and hand-on work in both function-based and project-based ordinary works.
-Will do research and to be able to foresee technical trends in QA, SVT, Test Automation and System test.
-Cultivate and monitor team members in both technical skill and process improvement.
-Prepare business analysis for internal and external customers.
-Write system test plans, test designs, and test documentation.
-Conduct technical review of project and product documentation, tutorials,and support materials.
-Enforce product and release quality standards and processes.

Requirement:
- 5+ years QA experience as well as at least 3 years programming experience in one of follows:
C++, or Ruby or Java or TCL.
-2+ years as a Lead/Manager of a QA organization.
-At least 3 years of experience in TCP/IP protocol testing; and a strong understanding of Ethernet, VLAN, Layer 2 Bridging/Switching, and Layer 3 Routing, NAT or PPPoE, VoIP, Traffic shaping (such as QoS, CoS, DiffServ, ToS), Packet Filtering
-Comprehensive understanding and experience applying software testing , SVT methods, strategies, concepts, and tools, including functional testing, scalability testing, regression testing
-Experience in designing, building and maintaining test benches for executing test cases in compliance with the test plan. Preferably experience with test lab and pertinent infrastructure architecture
-Thorough experience with software development life cycles and product metrics.

Additional requirements:
-Rich network knowledge on DSL, DSLAM, ATM, EPON, etc.
-Solid experience with scripting languages such as TCL, PERL
