受某知名公司委托，寻求相关人才 Job Description 1. The Production Specialist supports the purchasing teams in the process of supplier development by running specific efficiency/productivity improvement projects, capacity development projects and process optimization assignments. 2. The aim of those effort should be: securing suppliers capability to deliver company’s orders in full and on time as well as lowering of purchasing prices by creating cost efficient productions. 3. Further more the Production Specialist will contribute with his material and production knowledge to cost savings on our products as well as contribute to production friendly product development. 4. He/She will support the Business Support in proactive evaluation of supplier’s capacities buy using his production planning knowledge. Where necessary s/he will help to secure future capacities with a pro-active approach. 5. S/he will together with responsible Business Support find the optimal order leadtime for a supplier, balancing company’s Supply Chain needs with the supplier’s specific production possibilities. Requirements: Competence Knowledge and experience: - theoretical and practical skills and deep competent background from Metal production - knowledge of the whole chain from raw material to finished goodsin shipment, with thorough understanding of capacities and throughput times of the processes. - fluent in English, written and spoken - track record of training and developing people - experienced in follow up systems - experienced in production planning Ability: - desire to share knowledge - patient but persistent - goal oriented - ability to build and utilize internal and external networks - ability to keep up to date with new production methods and materials - you are change an improvement driven, with a “hands on” practical approach to the work - you motivate, create energy and also prioritize improvement among co-workers and suppliers. - good communicator who share your knowledge through trainings and coaching - you look ahead and initiate changes for improvement for the best of our company, our customers and suppliers. 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至stephanie.zhang@yiri-intl.com。 |
