职位描述及要求

受某欧洲公司的委托，为其寻找如下人才，公司将提供舒适的办公环境，良好的培训计划和有竞争力的薪酬机制。

PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION:

Lead the regional S&E support team to work actively towards minimising the environmental impact of warehousing and transport activities, whilst ensuring that these activities are carried out in a socially responsible way, thereby supporting company’s vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Lead and coordinate the Social and Environmental work in DS Asia Pacific
-Plan, develop and coordinate the implementation of regional S & E action plans and goals related to global strategies
-Motivate the regional S&E team towards achieving agreed goals.
-Evaluate, report and review the S&E performance of carriers, DCs and ESPs
-Monitor DS Asia Pacific units and ESPs compliance with company S&E demands (basic demands, IWAY, .staircase models demands…)
-Plan the IWAY implementation process within DS Asia Pacific
-Supervise all S&E related training programs within the DSAP region
-Be the contact person for all S&E related issues within DS Asia Pacific
-Monitor development locally, e.g. S&E legislation, technical developments that could contribute to goals achievement

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS AND FORUMS

-Be the environmental transport contact person internally (within the DS area, with Transport global & Trading)
-Be the company contact person for environmental work with transport carriers, DCs and other service providers.
Be involved in relevant forums such as
-Transport Global S&E Coordination group (TSECO)
-Transport area meetings
-DC S&E coordination group
-External Social & Environmental networks (when required)

KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCE

-General knowledge of the Social & Environmental pre-requisites in the Distribution and Transport Area
-Good understanding of the supply chain and its impact on the environment
-General understanding of relevant Social & Environmental rules and regulations
-Understanding of the Transport industry
-Fluent in English and local language
-Ability to create insight by communicating; presenting and motivating others in Social & Environmental issues
-Ability to work, lead people and report in a matrix organisation
-Leadership
-Self driven
-Team player
