| 职位描述及要求 | |
受某北欧公司委托，为其寻找Assistant Land Acquisition Manager，其职位描述如下： MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES -To implement Land Acquisition strategy and action plan in order to achieve COMPANY’s short term and long term goals; -To check and investigate a sites in cities that COMPANY will expand; -To recommend the sites to COMPANY Property Department; -To negotiate with Local District Government and form legal files with them; -To draft the related parts of Investment Request of projects internally; -To secure that the recommended sites will be subject to COMPANY needed criteria for standard stores and assist and support securing and signing the land use contract; -To provide and update the knowledge and information of state and local land laws and regulations within property department; Requirement -3 years successful experience preferably within land acquisition -Adequate university degree or equivalent knowledge -Full knowledge and understanding of China land regulations and laws -Excellent communication, organizational skills and professional-knowledge focus -Very good Chinese and English verbal and writing skills -Good understanding of city planning and land –acquisition concepts -Good social competence and an excellent diplomatic skill to act in different situations 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至carol.zhang@yiri-intl.com。 |
