现受某知名欧洲公司委托寻找商务开发人员（金属方面），职位描述和职能如下： The Purchaser is responsible, together with the other members of the Purchasing team, for managing and developing suppliers within a fixed geographical area in order to optimise the price, quality, capacity and delivery service of COMPANY products. Your goals - Constantly improve competitiveness in reaching the best purchase price. - Responsible for the total business with suppliers in the given area, from the start to the end. Support them in fulfilling COMPANY requirements and continuously improving their performance level. - Monitor the market in the given material/geographical area and endeavour to fully realise its potential. - Organize and manage all contacts and work with the suppliers. - Contribute to the Purchasing team’s development. - Ensure that the suppliers fulfil the IWAY requirements. 职位要求： Knowledge - Good knowledge of purchasing in general and very good knowledge of COMPANY purchasing processes/procedures in specific. - Good knowledge of the market, including players and their abilities within given areas. - Good knowledge of cost drivers and finance. - Knowledge of the COMPANY range and the supply chain. - Sound knowledge of production conditions, including relevant material(s). - Good knowledge of different cost structures and cost calculation. - Negotiation skills.Capabilities/Motivation- Strong interest to work for a home furnishings company. - Will and ability for further development within COMPANY. - Ability to make wise decisions based on available information. - Have a good track record in getting things done. - Ability to do many things simultaneously. - A constant desire to improve and look for better solutions. - Open to ideas, feedback and learning from others. - Demonstrate integrity, honesty and reliability in interpersonal relations. - Strong ability to communicate in a broad sense, i.e. active listening, negotiation, selling, persuasion and questioning. 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至susan.zhu@yiri-intl.com。 |
