| 职位描述及要求 | |
受某欧州公司的委托为其寻找如下人才： Main responsibilities -Monitor the market in the given material area and endeavour to fully realise its potential. -Within Asian & Pacific geographic area to constantly improve competitiveness & ensure Best Buy . -Commercial Responsible for the total business relation with assigned suppliers. -Organise and manage all contacts and work with the suppliers. -Introduce Global Frame-agreements to our “Users” in Asia & Pacific area. -Adapt Global-Frame-agreements to standards and needs of our “Users” in Asia & Pacific area. -Challenge and replace Global Frame-agreements by local and more competitive ones. -Develop new purchasing markets for the desired range -To develop and manage country supplier evaluations, and make action-plans according to the result -Initiates product & material specifications for the suppliers. -Organise regular meetings with the suppliers according to purchasing year cycle -To implement and follow up on the IWAY for all products -To follow IMS Purchasing Process & rules and COMPANY financial manual and policies regarding finding potential suppliers and quotation procedure! -To contribute to the development and implementation of an annual action plan to achieve the function action plan and commercial goals. -To identify and address own development needs Knowledge -Strong commercial knowledge of Asia & Pacific construction market with focus on China and Japan. -Basic technical knowledge of most used materials in the Building-Construction market. -Capability to read and explain technical documentation. -Have a very good knowledge of the market, including players and their abilities within given areas. -Since your work is on a global arena, you have knowledge and experience of how to cooperate and work with different people from different cultures in an international environment. -Good knowledge of cost drivers, structures, calculation and finance. -Sound knowledge of industrial production conditions, including relevant material(s). -Experience from handling quality and environmental issues in a supplier relation. -Possess negotiation skills. -Sound knowledge of production conditions. -Have good knowledge of COMPANY purchasing processes/procedures. -Have experience of similar function in a service organisation. 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至carol.zhang@yiri-intl.com。 |
