受某知名北欧公司委托，为其寻找采购经理，其职位要求如下： RESPONSIBILITIES -Provides others with clear direction and keeps the group focused on the task. Motivates, coaches and empowers people. Sets appropriate standards for behavior and leads by example. Able to recruit, inspire, develop and keep good people. Provides people with support & challenge. Builds & develops the team. -Easily establishes good relationships with co-workers, internal customers and suppliers. Relates well to people at all levels and builds effective networks. -Handles uncertain situations in a positive way. -Sets business strategy & goals. Regularly follows up performance and reviews approach to reaching objectives. Evaluates business development from the ‘bird‘s perspective‘. Identifies & carries through business opportunities. COMPETENCE -Shows enthusiasm, drive and determination. Accepts and tackles demanding goals, does not give up easily. Prepared to make quick decisions that might involve difficult choices or calculated risks. Takes responsibility for actions. Takes own initiative and acts with confidence. Makes things happen. -Quickly builds relations, openness & trust. Expresses opinions, information and key points clearly. -Able to solve diverse tasks in creative ways. Adapts behavior to different people and situations. Learns from successes and failures and seeks feedback from others. -Upholds and develops ethics and company values. Takes social and environmental issues seriously. Uses the diversity of the workforce. Treats all individuals in a fair way. Clear and open about own standpoint. -Knows local & global markets. -Has business understanding that enables to quickly grasp critical points in various situations. Asks ‘the right‘ questions. -Understands cost drivers from raw material to customer; knows how they to influence each other.
