职位描述及要求



受某知名美国企业委托，为其寻找Windchill Solutions Architect，工作地点北京或上海，其职位要求如下：
PURPOSE:
Lead technical implementation teams in designing and delivering Windchill Solutions to provide product development business solutions to complex customer requirements.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Analyze customer business process requirements as a basis to propose Windchill Solutions.
•Produce written specifications (i.e. System Description Documents and Use Case Documents) to capture business process requirements for Windchill solutions.
•Analyze requirements and design Windchill Solutions to complex customer requirements.
•Ensure clear understanding of customer‘s technology requirements; provide support for Proposal and Project teams, provide technical leadership and vision to win and deliver large-scale,complex Windchill solutions.
•Develop and document the Windchill Data/Object Model to meet customers requirements.
•Identify, delegate and execute project tasks including installing and configuring software, Windchill design and customization,GUI development,testing,debugging, data migration and deployment support
•Mentor other consultants during the deliver of Windchill technology based solutions.
•Provide input into future Windchill Functionality, Implementation Methodology and Customization Standards.
•Ensure quality software engineering processes are followed.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
•Expertise in the area of product development within discrete manufacturing.
•Expertise in core Product Information Management principles including: document management, security and access control, multi-site concurrency management, product data management, product configuration management, engineering change management, and component and supplier management.
•Ability to develop multi-level relationships of confidence and trust with customers and cross-functional colleagues.
•Highly developed problem analysis and solving skills.
•Exhibit collaborative working style.
•Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology and commercial environment.
•Technology enthusiast with mature technical leadership skills.
•Confident and multi-level communication skills (oral and written).
•Business and commercial awareness.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
•Expertise with Windows NT and UNIX computer operating systems
•Expertise with relational database systems (Oracle preferred)
•Expertise with Object Oriented programming languages (Java preferred)
•Expertise with Web Technologies
•Expertise with Software Modeling Technology (Rational Rose preferred)
•Expertise with Integrated Development Environments (Symantic‘s Visual Café preferred)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
•Masters or Bachelors Degree, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar.
•Availability for overnight travel.
