职位描述及要求



Job description
This role has customer relationship responsibility for IBM customers and business partners, as well as internal client relationships, in the contract and solutions area. Maintains responsibility and expertise in specific areas such as hardware, software, maintenance, and services. These individuals act as a resource on contract terms and conditions, contract interpretation and pricing, coordination and preparation of complex offerings, and analysis of contract requests and alternatives. This role also includes effective coordination and contract management for international contracts, complex single brand offerings, multi-brand contracts/proposals, non-standard terms and conditions, and reconciliation. Understands customer contractual requirements and acts as a single point of contact within fulfillment and to sales, brands and clients, providing seamless support and enhancing overall satisfaction with fulfillment.

Desired experience
Handle customer orders and transactions such as order, supply, delivery, billing, inventory, etc;
Closely monitor customer accounts receivable status and take appropriate action for timely collection;
Coordinate communications with customers and internal departments to resolve customer disputes and problems;
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and complete responses to customer fulfillment inquiries;
Ensures compliance to all audit guidelines and adheres to all established processes.
