职位描述及要求



Job description
Develop the integrated campaign plan to achieve a stated goal.
Interpret and convert approved business/marketing strategies into tactical plan.
Use market intelligence data to create specific plans which enable the execution of strategies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Communicate and work effectively in cross-functional teams (virtual teams from matrix organizations) by understanding the goals and responsibilities of the other functions and organizations represented on the team.
Direct the daily activity of assigned agency to ensure quality campaign execution.
Execute defined project, ensure accurate and timely completion of work.

Desired experience
Working knowledge of marketing concept and method.
Knowledgable of customer buying behaviors and influences of buying steps including what the market buys, how and why -- who buys, when and where, and their media habits.
Cross function teaming skill.
Proven project management techniques and disciplines.
Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
1. Bachelor degree with above 3 years working experience in marketing.
2. Fluent Chinese/English written and spoken skill.
