受某美国公司委托,为其寻找Pro/TOOLKIT Technical support engineer,其职位描述如下: Principal Responsibilities Work closely with customers to debug, analyze, track and resolve MCAD customization solutions for Pro/ENGINEER and Pro/MECHANICA Troubleshoot technical problems, reproduce issues, develop workarounds and work directly with development on testing fixes Assist in the creation and implementation of technical training and documentation related to the above topics Collaborate with other offices worldwide to provide high-level support for mission-critical customers Continuously develop technical skills in PTC Products and industry knowledge Specific Mission Deliver professional, highly efficient and highly available technical support to mainstream customers Own and understand customer issues Set correct expectations and appropriately backline highly escalated issues to the back office team (like TS in Japan) in a timely manner Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Technical Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in C/C++ programming; debug and develop Unix/Windows: User level with basic administration knowledge Soft skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Prioritization & self-motivated Ability to quickly master new products and technologies Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide creative solutions Ability to transfer information Language : Mandarin (Native level) and English (Business Level) Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Technical Skills Experience in a software development (2+ years desirable) using Pro/TOOLKIT Language Skills Knowing Japanese is an advantage 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至carol.zhang@yiri-intl.com。 |
