职位描述及要求

Job description
Develop and maintain a consultative relationship with internal clients
Produce valued outputs for target audience(s) that result in positive business impact
Transforms analysis into actionable recommendations
Integrates information from multiple sources, conducts analysis, and develops insights
Forms/joins virtual teams (of MI Professionals and other Marketing/Sales disciplines) to address client requirements
Scan for & collect information creatively, using broad-based research methods in order to gather/create relevant knowledge
The skill set of the right candidate:
Be able to work as a "consultant" in approaching client engagements and executing MI projects
Build knowledge base within company and work well with people
Capable of speaking frankly to senior level clients, even if it means saying "no" or "I don"t believe that‘s the best way"
Adept at finding win-win solutions
Without being told directly can understand client‘s business needs and pain points, and make appropriate market intelligence recommendations to address business problems
Able to work independently and proactively engage market intelligence experts across other locations.
Be open-minded, knowledgeable, and strategic thinker.
Can analyze complex business problems and develop relevant analysis for clients.

Desired experience
5+ years experience as market intelligence professional (i.e., primary research, competitive intelligence, market assessment such as forecasting, identifying opportunity, etc.)
Strategy, management consulting, or consultative experience in business. (i.e., a strategic thinker, strong understanding of internal and external business processes, and client handling experience)
Fluent Mandarin and English
2+ years work and education experience abroad (outside China)
Heavy presentation and senior-level communication experience
Work location - Beijing
