职位描述及要求



受某北欧公司委托，为其寻找 Project manager ,其职位描述如下：
Main Responsibilities
Budget:
To make a detailed break down of the budget from the Investment Request.
To continuously perform the cost follow up with a total forecast for the project.
To establish a final cost follow up according to the global COMPANY standard together with an analysis no later than 6 months after the project has been finished.
To safe guard that all purchases are carried out according to the rules and regulations from COMPANY and as cost efficient as possible.
To report any deviations to the total budget to the Expansion Steering Group without any delays.

Time schedule:
To establish a detailed project time schedule in order to achieve the agreed opening date.
To continuously follow up the detailed time schedule and without any delays report to the Expansion Steering Group any deviations that will jeopardise the final opening date.

Quality:
To safeguard that the project is executed according to agreed plans and that the number of changes is kept to a minimum.
To safeguard the applicable COMPANY manuals and global standards are implemented in the design of the store.

Management:
To crate a project crew plan and safeguard that needed recourses are available in time for the project.
To motivate local co-workers as well as both internal and external consultants to carry out their tasks within the project to their best ability

Knowledge
Previous experiences COMPANY retail and/or COMPANY projects
Knowledge, understanding, & a strong interest in helping people develop.
A strong understanding of the COMPANY Concept and an ambassador of the COMPANY Culture & Values

Skills
Good management skills.
Solution orientated and independent driven.
Good English
Computer skills
Skills regarding scheduling and cost control
