职位描述及要求



受某北欧公司委托,为其寻找C&B Specialist,其职位描述如下
Main Responsibilities
Ensure a total COMPANY China Company Compensation & Benefits policy package in order to support company people management & development strategy.
Understand the COMPANY internal Compensation & Benefit system for both TE and local co-workers.
Ensure a clear and simple Salary structure to support people attraction and talent retention base on Market trend & reflect COMPANY Culture and Value.
Administrate Annual Salary Review Process in a timely and accurate manner.
Master the payroll system and ensure data in the system is accurate and updated.
Retail representative to join Harmonization meeting on C&B issues in Holding company.
Provide coaching to Store Payroll Specialists to meet Commercial Review standard, and contribute to Store Payroll Specialist succession development plan;
Work as internal expertise consultant to China Management team, Store Managers and functional managers with regards on C&B market trend and information;
Externally is the contact person to co-ordinate with consulting firm on Annual Salary Survey.

Communication
Assist CN HR Manager Operations to communicate any necessary C&B information to all Retail China co-workers.
Communicate with all TE & Local Plus co-workers on daily routine services.
Communicate with local vender on any necessary information exchange.

Administration
Assist CN HR Manager Operations to review external vender annually.
Ensure annual salary survey data for all COMPANY China Stores and SO are submitted in accurate and timely manner.
Administrate the SO co-worker‘s internal Personal File.
Ensure all HR related documents and files are kept in a confidential manner.

Knowledge
Understand of COMPANY payroll and benefit system
Understand Local Labour regulations.
Understanding of the COMPANY Concept and an ambassador of the COMPANY Culture & Values

Skill

Good command of English.
Good computer skills (payroll system and Microsoft software)
Good interpersonal skills.
