| 职位描述及要求 | |
| Job Description: - Manage daily finished goods delivery and raw material receiving - Responsible for managing a dedicated trade lane and shipping team to support destination needs - Responsible for managing and communicating all SOPs and WIs to 3PL and vendors - Manage and responsible for presenting logistics reports and shipping documents to different stakeholders on time in full. - Understand customer requirements on shipping， ensure all cargoes， document and information are on time in full delivered to destination - Build up strong relationship with Crocs vendors， 3PLs， customers etc.， and act as point of contact for shipping issues - Ensure SOP and WI are executed correctly by 3PL and vendor - Monitoring KPIs and conduct regular performance review with stakeholders， 3PLs etc.， to ensure service quality and initiate necessary improvement - Conduct workshops， training sessions for Crocs vendors， 3PLs， internal stakeholders etc. when necessary - Together with US team ， ensure all PO & shipping information are correctly available in E1， TPM & 3PL’s track and trace system Job Requirement: - Preferably university graduate in business or logistics operations - 5-6 years of relevant experience in shipping and logistics operations in MNC - Experience in people management - Effective presentation， communication， problem-solving， decision-making skills - Initiative， accountability， independent， proactive， and self driven on routine based. - Strong analytical and computer management skills in MS office applications - Strong leadership and able to influence different level people - Good command of written and spoken English， Mandarin 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至ezou@crocs.com。 |
