职位描述及要求



受某跨国公司委托,为其寻找Marketing Communication Specialist,其职位描述如下:
Role Overview:
This individual will be responsible for helping to run marketing campaigns. This will include
assisting in the set up of marketing Programs in Siebel, providing coding to enable tracking of
marketing activities, scheduling and sending email campaigns, creating segmented lists to
target in those email campaigns, scheduling leads to be routed appropriately to Sales and
helping troubleshoot issues reported by the marketers. In this role, you will be a critical part of
the team that builds and executes the marketing campaigns using our marketing infrastructure.
This role will train you to be an expert in Siebel and other best-in-class marketing technologies.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will work with marketers to help create and execute their programs in Siebel.
You will also manage the email communications calendar for the regions you support, will be
responsible for coordinating email tests with the marketers in multiple countries, and will be
responsible for sending outbound emails to targeted segments which you will create based on
criteria provided by the marketers. In addition, you will make sure that leads from either the
web or physical events are captured and distributed to the global sales teams as appropriate.
You will also work with both sales & marketing to make sure they are trained on the latest
technologies & best practices for marketing operations and lead management. Occasional late
night or early morning calls with the US will be required. You will also be expected to make occasional trips to headquarters or to the regional marketing teams you support.

Requirements:
Basic Computer skills, Siebel knowledge a plus
Very Detail Oriented
Multi Tasker - Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize
Ability to troubleshoot and work independently to solve issues
At least 2 years of prior work experience
Bilingual - Chinese & English - if other languages such as Korean, that would be a plus but
not required
