职位描述及要求



受某跨国公司委托,为其寻找Service Administrator Manager,其职位描述如下:

Requirements:
•University graduate in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
•7 plus years professional experiences; previous Customer Service / Training Coordination / Revenue Recognition
•Over 2 years people management experience
•Experience in foreign software or I.T. company preferred
•Interacts primarily with Support Services; and Specialist through VP level internal and external to their department within their organization; often is the departmental spokesperson
•Work independently. Direct manager is engaged in some decision making processes
•Contributes to and often leads the development of departmental goals and objectives; often contributes to organizational goals
•Strong communication skill with internal team and other departments
•Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance is an absolute advantage
•Fluent in English and Mandarin
•Computer skills preferred include : Oracle, Siebel, Excel and MS Word and Excel
Duties:
•Ensure revenue recognition (VSOE) compliance
•Recommends and assists in the implementation of goals and objectives
•Implements approved policies and procedures; recommend, prepare and implement policies pertaining to Training and Consulting
•Assists as needed with system testing and various projects within or outside the Service Administration dept.
•Acts as Department spokenperson
•Ensure the daily performance and activities of Services Administration are in accordance with established service guidelines and all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
•Assist Global Services internal customers with questions regarding revenue recognition , VSOE compliance and system reporting
•Regular communication with GS team to start and close key transactions
•Ensure the working process be followed all existing/new policies and SOX requirements
•Ensure the quarter-end closed in efficiency and effectively
