| 职位描述及要求 | |
受某跨国公司委托,为其寻找Solution Offshore Manager，其职位描述如下： Solution Offshore Manager Location: Shanghai Responsibilities: -Support field Windchill and MCAD Specialist on Customized Demo, Benchmark or POC activities. -Localized the Windchill and MCAD demo to satisfy Chinese customer‘s requirement. -Develop the industry specific demo so as to clearly explain COMPANY solution‘s Function, Advantage and Benefit to customer. -Share the local best practice to other region, such as Japan, Korea, US, West Europe,etc. -Cooperate with foreign offshore manager to fulfill the above tasks in other region. -Lead, develop and mentor the team members so as to finish all support activities more efficiently. Requirements: -Act as team leader and familiar with people management, team building and performance management. -Excellent communication skills -Understands and articulate the customer requirement and convert it to demo scenario and customization specification. -Be good at objection handling and excel at customer relation build up. -Good command on PDM or CAD implementation. Windchill experience preferred. -Has a good command of English. Can communicate with foreign team skillfully. -4 years experience in MCAD or PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) industry. -The customization skills background are preferred, e.g. Info*Engine, Java, HTML, XML, SQL, and Windchill. -Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Mechanical Engineering. 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至carol.zhang@yiri-intl.com。 |
