职位描述及要求

受某跨国公司委托,为其寻找Marketing Data Analyst-Japanese,其职位描述如下:

Quality information is the cornerstone to marketing and sales effectiveness and company is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to support its data quality and management initiatives. In this role, the Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for identifying areas to focus data cleansing and categorization effort and implementing projects to improve quality. The analyst is responsible for specific marketing regions and will work closely with field marketing, demand generation, and lead management to gather requirements that improve targeting and lead processing and suggest data, process, and system enhancements to reach internal best practices quality targets. In addition, the Marketing Data Analyst will support efforts to increase the overall contact coverage within a region.

Responsibilities:
-Point person to assigned marketing regions for data management support - Europe, North America
-Analysis of contacts and accounts within Siebel CRM for quality improvement areas
-Build and manage project plans to improve overall quality of contact and account info
-Identify and manage vendors to support data quality projects
-Perform batch updates within Siebel CRM to update contact and account info
-Manage requests for reports to show availability and quality of data for marketing planning
-Document data usage processes within marketing for segmentation and lead management
-Gather business requirements to improve and create consistency of contact and account data between marketing and sales
-Support testing of Siebel enhancements as it applies to data management
-Provide quarterly reviews of project and improvement impact to contact and account info
-Meet quarterly and annual goals for data quality metrics

Experience:
-1-2 years data analysis and management experience within a major CRM system-preferably Siebel
-Bachelor‘s degree in marketing, mathematics, computer science, statistics, or related work experience
-Prior experience executing and managing projects with vendors such as Dun and Bradstreet Harte-Hanks, Landscape, Kompass, etc.
-Ability to analyze data using business intelligence tools, query tools, and SQL scripting
-Ability to troubleshoot and determine differences between business, process, and system issues
-Ability to effectively organize and categorize information for business use
-Ability to work independently and initiate projects and tasks
-Must be fluent in English, Japanese
-Detail oriented
