受某跨国公司委托,为其寻找Windchill-MCAD integration Technical Support Engineer,其职位描述如下: Generic Responsibilities Assist Field Staff and Windchill administrators at customer sites with the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of MCAD applications integrated with Windchill, a web-based data management system Troubleshoot technical problems, reproduce issues, develop workarounds and work directly with development on testing fixes Assist in the creation and implementation of technical training and documentation related to the above topics Collaborate with other offices worldwide to provide enterprise-level support for mission-critical systems Continuously develop technical skills in company Products, and other technologies involved in the Windchill solutionsThe ideal candidate is passionate about computers and has experience with MCAD/3D-Modelling with a genuine interest in client/server applications. Eager to learn, they are able to provide creative solutions to complex issues by leveraging their technical expertise given all the constraints dictated by the customer‘s environment (limited schedule, restricted access, etc.) Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Technical Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience with MCAD/3D-modelling and/or Client-Server architecture (PDM a plus) Unix/Windows : User level with basic administration knowledge Soft skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer-focused Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide creative solutions Prioritization & self-motivated Ability to quickly master new products and technologies Languages English (Business Level) Mandarin (Native Level) Korean (Fluent Level, preferably native) Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Experience with Pro/ENGINEER, CADDS, Solidworks, AutoCAD or other MCAD solutionsLong-term interest in developing technical skills in web-based systems 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至carol.zhang@yiri-intl.com。 |
