| 职位描述及要求 | |
Position: Strategic Project Analyst Key responsibilities: Work together with Business Development Director to drive and follow-up on the project activities and develop agreements Support project analysis and assist in commercial negotiations Provide management with financial and strategic viewpoints for further business development and projects exploration Perform investigation, due diligence and analysis work on the identified project potential companies as to comply with standard and specifications Prepare relevant Contracts, Project Proposal, Evaluation and Feasibility Study Reports for internal and local authority approval process Handle project documents Translate of incoming/outgoing project documents, correspondence and contracts Provide onsite interpretation service Coordinate and communicate with potential partners, project team members within Group and suppliers for the projects Understand the basic corporate requirement within the context of local law/regulations and company requirements Monitor achievement of planned targets and provides relevant contents to facilitate decision-making and project progress with confidence Assist to develop and maintain ongoing communication and trust with the regulatory bodies and potential project partners Requirement: A bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or Management Minimum 2-3 years working experience in multi-national companies in business development, project management Verbal and written translation experience Project Management skills Microsoft Office skills including MS project Good Knowledge in IT media tools – pictures, video, presentation materials editing and consolidation, etc. Excellent command of both written and spoken English Able to build relationships with others Energetic, open and able to motivate and work in teams A self-starter with high ethics Experience in working in projects will be an advantage.
