Job Description
1.To lead corporate credit risk solutions in management consulting for commercial banks and investment banks in GCG.
2.To manage both presale and execution of projects.
3.To build relationships with key IBM credit risk executives in GCG.
4.To manage building a a line and virtual community of IBMers so as to enlarge R&C execution competence. This requires extensive internal networking.
5.To represent IBM at high level conferences and workshops in corporate risk management.
6.To role out the wholesale (SOE.SME, Corp) credit solution joint with selected vendors.

Qualifications
Preferably a masters degree in Finance/financial economics, money and banking) and good quantitative/IT skills. CFA or PRMIA or GARP qualification also desirable.

Desired Experience
Qualifications (education, seniority, professional experiences, etc.):
3-5 years in commercial or investment banking with demonstrated executive experience, and 3-5 years experiences in top 5 consulting firms are preferred (10+ years experience in risk)
Experiences of leading business development, pre-sale structuring and project implementation
Excellent knowledge of credit risk management methodology, as well as the core business processes necessary for large scale banks to run a corporate banking business.
Excellent knowledge of credit Risk governance, and Know your client (KYC)
Understand derivatives and structured products on top of standard wholesale lending
Good knowledge of the analytics of key vendors operating in this space is desirable
Knowledge of counterparty risk management and collateral management
Preferably a masters degree in Finance/financial economics, money and banking) and good quantitative/IT skills. CFA or PRMIA or GARP qualification also desirable.
Willing to travel to fulfill business needs

Competencies:
Good written and verbal English and Mandarin language skills
Good understanding of risk database warehousing and experience with credit risk software integration.
Excellent communication/presentation skills- advanced excel, powerpoint Desirable but not a prerequisite: Software skills ,C, C++, VB, Matlab, SPSS, or other statistical packages plus application software integration knowledge such as SAS, Algo, Credit manager, Kamakura.
