职位描述及要求



Credit Controller (1 Year Contractor)

Job Description:
1. Work with salesmen for:
1) all Check/BA affairs in accordance with current company policy; 2) Coordination for VAT invoice issues with invoice team and customer service; 3) Coordination with outsourcing vendor;
2. Work with outsourcing credit control team to hit the target of DSO & Collection:
1) All credit hold order release per LOA with outsourcing vendor; 2) Deal with credit limit/term application per LOA & Guideline; 3) Monitor monthly collection action plan, push normal overdue AR issue; 4) Monitor monthly CBD/COD AR report, control CBD/COD risk; 5) Monitor monthly customer statement feedback;
3. Manage the collection quality under internal control principle;
4. Improve order to cash work flow;
5. Deal with daily affairs from customers;
6. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
2. Good English skills; Good communication skills
3. Credit risk control or legal experience is preferred
4. Ability of dealing with multi-objective mission
5. Positive in daily working
