职位描述及要求



Essential Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Responsible of the project success, technical and financial parts
Design and development of body parts and assemblies
Use CATIA V5 and other Engineering tools to create and modify 3D data and 2D drawings.
Initiate proposals or create project proposals based on management direction for body components to improve quality, cost or performance.
Benchmark competitive vehicles for technology and trends; teardown vehicle and analyze components and report on findings.
Create specifications, reports, and engineering documentation - Bill of Material (BOM), and Engineering Design plans.
Report to management as required on progress of projects, technical advancements, new trends, and benchmark studies.
Provide technical support as required to his team.
Create and present technical reports as assigned.
Knowledge of Automotive Industry engineering and manufacturing.
Knowledge of the design and development of body parts.
Able to specify and analyze a CAE analysis.
Knowledge of tooling and manufacturing requirements.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and ethical behavior.
Education and Experience
Bachelor‘s degree in Mechanical Engineering requested
At least 8 years of experience with body components design and development.
Experience working in culturally diverse team environment
Required Skills
Proficient Project Management skills.
Proficient in CATIA V5 and other Engineering related software.
Proficient data analysis skills.
Proficient skills in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
Proficient time management and organization skills
Proficient self-management skills
Excellent oral and written English
