| Job Description: -Check the drawings， make sure the reliability， tolerances， structure， function. Update drawing and follow ECR -Reliability Test and Measurement: Manage critical parts’ multi functional and reliable test， manage or audit the measuring of all the critical to function (CTF) dimensions. Create and follow the control plan of all the critical dimensions， in order to make sure all these parts can pass the machine test -Tooling and Molding Follow up: Work with all the tool shop to follow the tooling process， control the quality and process. Build the following system and quality check system of the tooling process -Relationship and Team Work: build the good cooperation relationship with all the suppliers， build the good team work with all the colleges. Requirement: - at least 3 years tooling experience; - Bachelor degree in Mechanical， tooling or related fields. - Preferably familiar with Pro-E， CAD design software. - Familiar with manufacturing processes ， plastic injection molding - Good spoken and written English language communication skills. - Strong analytical， problem solving and decision-making skills are a must. - Have Leadership， planning and organizing skills. 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至JDuan@crocs.com。 |
