| Job Requirements: 1.University degree in engineering or related discipline 2.3~5 years experience in Engineer roles in multinational companies， in which at least 3 years as QA Engineer; 3.Proficiency in QA methodology， process control and project management; 4.An independent， hands-on， detail oriented person with strong interpersonal， communication， organizational and analytical skills， and be able to develop teamwork spirit.; 5.Excellent written and spoken English， fluent Mandarin and Cantones; 6.Good Microsoft-office application skill; Job Responsibility: 1. Audit suppliers， Monitor supplier quality performance， issue supplier management documentation. Ensure supplier quality meet crocs’s Requirement 2. Responsible for customer complaints/returns， conduct failure analysis， prepare FA (failure analysis) report， follow up and verify corrective/ preventive action， to ensure effective close of customer complaints/returns; 3. Timely review QA sampling plan and use different QA tools to ensure product quality; 4.Oversee QA operation of designated production line to ensure effective execution of QA program; 5. Drive outgoing PPM improvement by coordinating joint effort with production PE; 6. Oversee non-conformity of operation in production line by process audit; 7.
