Position summary
An experienced Sales Engineer in the Construction Supply Industry in the specific area of (specific product speciality...eg: - Industrial Flooring, Floor hardeners) to promote the IF range of (specific product specialty...eg: - Ucrete) to key (regional location eg: - Beijing) and surrounding district customers & projects.
Key accountabilities
1 To target key industrial projects in the Beijing area. Influence the final customer product selection via relationship creation & specification selling effort.
2 Responsibility to all money collections on all projects won. Achieve 100% money collection at all times.
3 Support to other sales personnel to achieve their goals. To attend and actively participate in the project meetings.
4 Maintain the company implemented Project Tracking System and to participate in the team project meetings as requested. Maintain up to date maintenance of Project tracking report records.
5 General reporting as directed. Punctual and efficient submission of all necessary paperwork.
6 Maintain cost accountability at all times. Control and management of all company costs and assets.
