JOB PURPOSE

The jobholder‘s main focus is to explore potential network of key projects decision makers to inspire of applying Swarovski crystal products for the prestigious building projects in China (types of decision makers and projects see Main Duties).

MAIN DUTIES
General summery of major areas of activities and responsibilities. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
1. Establishes, develops and maintains effective business relationships with decision makers (e.g. interior architects and specifiers) within China to contribute to the achievement of CCB China sales goals.
2. Initiate crystal applications and solutions for prestige China projects.
3. Co-work with Project sales manager and HO project team to introduce Swarovski products to decision makers during the planning process for prestigious building projects within the public building (e.g. state guest house, museum), leisure (e.g. hotels, restaurants, bars/clubs, spas, cruise ships, and yachts) and residential segment (private luxury apartments and villas)
4. Establishes, develops and maintains effective business relationships with overseas and domestics lighting and interior organization to promote the application of Swarovski crystal products.
5. Supports lighting & Crystallized Branding Partners in their efforts: i.e. promotion of our product offering, presentation, communication and point of purchase events/activities.
6. Trains our retail customers concerning new interior trend, product offering and inspire new crystal applications.
7. Prepares periodic visit reports and forecasts for XXXXXXX review
8. Ensures that all customer data is maintained in the sales logix system according to the actual status
9. Travels throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective customers to create product awareness and acquire projects.

JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS
List the requirements necessary for MINIMUM PROFICIENCY on the job. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; apply knowledge and skill in a practical manner to effect practical performance. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, sill and/or ability required.
1. U graduate with Architecture, Interior, Engineering or Science Degree
2. 3-5 years interior and lighting design experience for prestigious projects
3. 5 years in lighting/interior business [network an advantage]
4. Relevant commercial/marketing training and/or strong interior architectural background
5. Based in Shanghai
6. Proficiency in both reading and writing English and Chinese
7. MNC experience is essential

KEY COMPETENCIES

Good command of Lighting and Interior Design Knowledge

1. Network with lighting and interior influencers
2. Team orientation (HO&VG)
