| 职位描述及要求 | |
| Main Responsibility: 1. Production action to meet the targets: Safety， Quality， Productivity， Volume 2. Investigate/confirm specification/drawing and delivery to G-foreman/foreman. And inform to related teams and persons about new/changed/revised notices. 3. Record and report to manager all productivity status with analytic data/reason. 4. Investigate/confirm specification/drawing and delivery to G-foreman and foreman. 5. Monitor production operation status and discover the key factor which influence productivity and quality， propose solution by report and take action. 6. Propose optimum plan on the production process establishment， equipment the personnel and equipment disposition. 7. Make a best communication with other shift 8. Request to labor protection， consumables and additional raw materials 9. Develop/improve/confirm/maintain to production working procedure for best safety， quality and productivity together with PE/TECH. section(Engineer of improvement). 10. Cost control and labor management Qualifications: 1. Min. 1 year job experience related line production 2. Experience with AUTOCAD software is preferable 3.
