| 职位描述及要求 | |
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Focused: * Support Gold Seal product placement in relation to NPI launch (prevent market/price cannibalization) * Drive software based product enhancements * Manage End-of-Life programs for product category * Manage FMIs for product category Customer Focused: * Lead cross functional team to improve installation, transfer, and IFR (90 days) & MFR (365 days) * Support initial rollout of product in marketplace (technology issues, install, support, etc.) Quality and Service Focused: * Develop IB quality strategy and drive IB project funnel * Organize and lead quality reviews with the global team * Manage customer technical inquiries for product category install base * Lead team of technical experts to support field service engineers and customers * Perform root cause analyses on technical issues to mitigate further events * Communicate and share data with the APL Product Definition to improve future designs * Drive customer complaint closure Outputs: * Owns: PSR/PQR closure; ECO/ECR closure; End of life strategy for product category; Parts obsolescence; NPS * Supports: Gold Seal Strategy in conjunction with NPI introduction QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: * Functional Expertise: * xcellent systems knowledge of the products within a business product category * xcellent program management, organizational design, execution planning, and control competency * Engineering Process: * xcellent knowledge in engineering, program management, and business planning processes (concept to EOPL) * Project Execution * bility to assign issues and develop/drive recovery plans to closure * xcellence in delegating tasks and following through to closure * Program Planning * xcellent ability to develop, manage, and execute integrated program plans (define functional deliverables, critical dependencies, and risk reduction plans) * bility to anticipate product category issues by planning for contingencies * Business Acumen: * trong facilitation and coordination skills * trong customer focus and clear thinking 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至recruiting.china@ge.com。 |
