| 职位描述及要求 | |
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: 1)Deliver on Compliance Programs * Ensure total compliance with all PRC Occupational Disease Prevention, health and hygiene laws and regulations, and with all GE occupational health standards/policies *Execution of GE Medical Program requirements, including GE Medical Scorecard and Healthy Worksite initiatives *Implement Medical Surveillance Program for occupational hazardous positions management, review&maintain employee medical database, and conduct training. *Ensure compliance to medical confidentiality regulations; *Implement site respirator and hearing protection program, conducting fit testing and respiratory questionnaire medical assessment etc. * Train and develop site medical emergency team, lead site first aid program and blood-born pathogen program, covering medical emergency drill, first aid kits routine inspection and CPR and first aid training etc. *Develop and maintain emergency response plans for epidemic illnesses, and occupational injuries, including Avian Flu emergency preparedness program *Implement Site Food Hygiene Program; *Support to implement site ergonomic program on office& workshop ergo evaluation and employee ergo survey; *Follow standing orders in providing medical treatment for employees to the extent permitted by PRC law, including support for the health and safety of GE travelers and expatriates. 2)Improve Case Management, Injury Prevention Program and Health Promotion Program *Track injury and illness reporting and work with EHS on injury investigation and follow up; *Develop injury/illness management system to properly manage any case happening for accurate injury classification and reduced DAFW; *Implement site return-to-work program; *Partner with Ergo team to promote early reporting and prevent ergo-related injuries; *Organize health promotion activities by site and GE corporate initiatives; QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: *College degree above, active medical license *Medical background with at least three years of working experience; preferred working experience in multinational mfg. facility; *Good team player, good communication skills; *English & Computer skills are required; *Willingness/ability to learn; 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至recruiting.china@ge.com。 |
