| 职位描述及要求 | |
Main Tasks: -Support the development of application technologies, ideas for new products, launch packages and technical marketing & selling tools exploiting synergies across application segments -Provide professional technical marketing expertise in the automotive industry. -Support the Product Development and Technical Marketing teams in managing innovation projects from lab development to launch in line with project plans -Implement systematic technical market and competitor intelligence -Ensure ongoing screening of existing relevant technology inside and outside BASF and establish technology partnerships to seize market opportunities -Represent technological Automotive competence of BASF in high profile contacts and projects with key customers as well as events in the market -Support sub-regional technical service teams in supporting local sales teams and pro-active management of defined growth projects -Ensure appropriate focus in resource allocation according to defined projects and objectives, globally, regionally and locally. -Foster further development of techno-commercial expertise throughout China -Ensure qualification and motivation of people in product development, technical marketing and technical service through recruitment, performance management and training -Lead the Automotive workshops; support the Germany Esplanade relevant to TAC; maintain the Automotive Showroom in top condition; conduct tours and visits at the Auto Showroom Requirements: -Degree in Engineering or Chemistry -Minimum 5 years of practical experience in automotive or related industries with exposure to a broad range of manufacturing processing areas, -Profound knowledge in automotive manufacturing & processing technologies and the application of respective chemicals -Proven records of successful leadership, preferably in an automotive industry related company or business -Pro-active, entrepreneurial, dynamic and flexible approach to problem solving -Extroverted personality and strong charisma to attract attention and interest of others, strong presentation and communication skills (English) -Pronounced interest in new ideas and high level of creativity -Strong customer orientation and marketing mindset -Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills -Ability and willingness to adapt to different foreign cultures -Ability to perform effective team work in a complex organization based on strong interpersonal skills: courage to challenge people while maintaining the willingness to compromise -Visible sense of responsibility, commitment and loyalty 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至hr-basf-shanghai@basf.com。 |
