Responsibilities:
The Solution Lifecycle Manager – Senior Specialist is working in a global team within PGL Delivery Services to participate in the implementation of new projects and changes to existing solutions as well as to provide application management and support for in-house as well as vendor developed systems.

The Solution Lifecycle Manager is responsible for the operational stability and effectiveness of one or more applications, taking care for incident and problem management (2nd level support), and follow-up with 3rd level support (vendor, SW development, IT) for problem resolution. Other specific responsibilities include:

(1) Be accountable for applications and systems and ensure their integrity and validated state during their lifetime
(2) Responsible for installation of new systems and new releases into maintenance and productive environment, following SDLC and change management procedures
(3) Accountable for appropriate and qualitative system documentation including technical system documentation, installation scripts, OQ/PQ’s, test plans and scripts
(4) Accountable for system tests design and execution. Ensure testing is conducted appropriately, and support/coordinate user acceptance testing.
(5) Provide business process support by understanding existing business processes, and offering advice, implementation of changes or reconfiguration to meet business objectives.
(6) Ensure compliance with security SOPs/policies, and adequate access rights are given to trained staff.
(7) Maintain data integrity (application meta data and clinical data), in a validated environment.
(8) Work with IT to implement infrastructure solutions for operational optimization
(9) Work in collaboration with business to define/specify change requests and requirements for new functionalities
(10) Take on coordination activities related to smaller changes for systems within area of responsibility
Take a proactive approach in analyzing and deriving recommendations for increased utilization of the application.

Requirements:
Mandatory:
Having practical experience in producing operating procedures, Guidelines, SOP’s etc.
Documentum – document management system experience
University degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
Min 3 years experience in systems support
Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server relational database systems and experience with (SQL*PLUS, PL/SQL) programming
Customer facing experience;
Demonstrated customer focus and ability to work in teams.
Communication – clear and concise expression in English and organized skills to explain and negotiate.
A pragmatic, service minded and organized attitude is required for the job.
Multitasking ability is a must


Nice to have:
Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
Experience with GxP
Having training experience
