On behalf of Italian company, specialized in the production of roofing tiles, we are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager (North China - Beijing, Tianjing, North-East Provinces) The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Country Sales Manger (and to the Asia Manager for the first months) and will manage a team of 3 Area Managers and Agents. The Company is willing to increase the number of subordinates when the RSM proves his/her ability to develop the business and improve the sales in the Region. Main Responsibilities: - Cooperate in the definition of the sales strategy - Reach the quarterly and annual sales target for the Region - Develop and strengthen sales and retail network - Establish and develop the Company’s sales team and network (Area Managers, Project Managers, Agents) - Develop the relationship with construction companies, architects, etc… - Develop and enforce the company image Requirements: - Chinese native person with excellent and fluent English (both written/ spoken) - Good technical background - Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Marketing - At least 5 years of experience in sales in same industry or in construction industry - Proven track record of selling skills - Good knowledge of the construction/roofing industry - Excellent leadership and people management skills - Self motivated and good negotiation skills - Excellent communication and relationship competence - Creative, able to think “out of the box” and able to carry out interesting projects 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至conseachina@gmail.com。 |
