本职位向外籍经理汇报工作, 应聘者请同时提供中英文简历。
该职位工作地点在东莞市麻涌镇大盛区四航大道，距广州开发区青年路口10分钟车程。
公司每天提供东莞市区、广州市区和番禺线路的上下班车，周末提供深圳线路班车。

Responsibility:
All activities related to the planning, execution and training within the field of security and fire control
Ensure that security at all times is in place and for safe performance of the company.
1.Personnel identification
1)Company identification card for employees
2)Company identification card for stationary suppliers
3)Identification card for suppliers
2.Visitor control
1)Securing that only authorized persons is inside MCID compound
2)Random search of employees
3)Random search of vehicles
4)Responsible for ensuring and overseeing the procedures on daily basis
3.Security and safety awareness
1)Protection of information and values in all aspects.
2)Evacuation plans and procedures
3)Disaster Recovery Plan
4)MCID security policy for all MCID employees, as well as supplier, contractors etc.
5)Training and education of MCID employees in the field of security
4.Electronic security
1)Electronic access system
2)Perimeter lightning
3)Electronic surveillance system
4)IT-security in co-operation with IT-section
5)Risk analysis / assessment
5.Security Guard
1)Rules of engagement
2)Physical security
-Perimeter security (fences, gates, etc.)
-Facility entrances
-External doors and windows
-Internal and external restricted areas
-Clean desk policy
-Risk analysis / assessment
3)Reporting procedures
4)Statistics
5)Management, training and education of Guard Company in APMM values and FBP.
6.Fire protection
1)Checking and improving fire protection systems and procedures
2)Fire alarm control system (electrical)
3)Fire protection system (Fire pump room, Fire extinguisher, sprinkler system, etc.)
4)Hazardous areas (Surface treatment line, LPG station, Paint storage, Diesel station, Welding gas station, etc.).
5)Training and education of MCID employees
6)Fire drills
7)Fire fighting, response including call of fire department.

Requirement:
1. Min. 3 years job experience within the field of security or related work experience
2. Experience in the fire control area
3. Experience in analysis and investigation
4. University degree
5. English and Chinese, written and oral level
6. Security Qualification
7. Good knowledge of Chinese law relevant to HSE and Security
8. Ability to coordinate between management, staff, and relevant departments
9. Ability to motivate employees
10. Loyal and disciplined
11. Result oriented
12. Making decision and solving problem technically as well as theoretical.
13. Good communication skills
14. Honest, reliable, trustworthy
