| 职位描述及要求 | |
Responsibilities: The Site Representative, represents PGL at the local affiliate. -Is member of the local PG management team at the site -Is member of the regional PG management team -Is member of the PDZ management team at the site -Contribute PD view to the functional roadmap at site level -Ensure alignment of PGL and PD‘s Site Map -Populate the local /regional portfolio with involvement of the Site /regional Management Board -Manage the local PGL budget if any local budget exist -Contribute to the local /regional lite IPC process to define and agree priorities. -New local application approval is channeled through the global PGL (IM/BSM) function for approval -Coordinate communication with global BSM -For local initiatives: gain global input and approval -For global initiatives: Support and ensure local buy in and discussion of local needs. -Need to regularly update key site stakeholders on evolution of regional /global informatics solutions -Support deployment of global solutions at the site or in region -Deliver local partner projects linked to global projects -Local oversight of system support (2nd level) for local site if not provided through global function or Warsaw -Ensure communication and escalation paths are defined between local organization and global -Communicate issues/requirements to global PGL -Provide input to SLA‘s with local /regional requirements. Requirements: Mandatory: -Has experience in project management -Has been working for a multi national company -Has been working outside of China -Experience in managing budgets -Experience in people performance management /coaching -Degree in Computer related discipline -Min 3 years experience in systems support -Customer facing experience -Demonstrated customer focus and ability to work in teams -Minimum 5 years work experience -Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server relational database systems and experience with (SQL*PLUS, PL/SQL) programming -Communication - clear and concise expression in English and organized skills to explain and negotiate. -Coaching skills -Negotiation skills -A pragmatic, service minded and organized attitude is required for the job. -Multitasking ability is a must Nice to have: -Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry -Experience with GxP -ITIL certification -Project Management certification 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至shanghai.hr1-srpl@roche.com。 |
