工作地点 :北京 上海 深圳 东莞 无锡 廊坊 （待定） Report to; North Asia Operation manager Our client introduction: Our client is an American leading manufacturer and supplier of products for safety and facility identification, high-performance industrial identification, wiremarking, barcoding, data collection, data communication, security and laboratory identification as well as general labelling applications, B-580 for MiniMark, Chinese RoHs Labels , IDXpert 2 , PAM3600 , CodeSoft v8.1 , GlobalMark 2 , BP PR Plus, laboratory identification systems, centrifuge labeling, pack testing. Job responsibilities: Responsible for the development of the Operations technology vision and road map Assess the engineering team competency, highlight the deficiency, develop/execute the plan to increase engineering competency Develop and implement engineering offensive strategy working closely with Sales, R&D, Marketing, and Operations to regain our market share and increase profitability via service differentiation Review and update Standardized Operating Procedure (SOP) for product design, sampling, tooling, etc. Work with site operation manager to re-organize the engineering department like die-cut, printing, labeling, etc. Ensure to implement Smart Design Guideline and Project Management process (PM) in the region. Lead and manage improvement or new technology projects. Cost Model review and update to align with site situation as well as SAP system setup. Technical control point in Capital Expense (CE) application process (capital project). Technical support at the regional level if the site engineering team has any problem like design, process, tooling, etc. Develop new tool makers with high quality and low price in China, Source leverage in machines, equipment or facilities between sites Job requirements: Minimum of BS degree in Engineering with minimum 8-yr of increasing experience in engineering and/or operations. Current position is in engineering function as a leader.
