The Position:
Responsibilities:
(1)Manage the overall design, installation, and maintenance of CRM system, which include Siebel, TPMS, PPMS, OPMS, and Call Center, to ensure maximum business return, optimal performance and sustainable development.
- By developing CRM related system activities plan according to core business needs and global informatics directions
- By designing or translating business requirements into the most appropriate, feasible and cost-effective system solutions;
- By setting up service levels and performance benchmarks for system operation and ensure compliance;
- By managing related vendors well to ensure system flexibility and cost reasonability.
(2)Manage CRM system related projects to ensure desired deliverables are produced and expected outcomes are implemented.
- By ensuring the project is achieved on-time, within budget and receives high user-acceptance
- By communicating and materializing project requirements with users in business functions;
(3)Monitors CRM system and related applications‘ performance, ensures their high stability and availability
- By setting up system monitoring protocol and implement strictly;
- By having good commanding of related technologies;
- By producing high-quality documentation of all system checks and journals
Who you are:
(1)Bachelor degree, computer science math / engineering
(2)At least 5 years‘ experience in IT related industry.
(3)At least 2 year experience in multinational corporations
(4)At least 2 year experience in project management
(5)At least 2 year experience in CRM system
(6)At least 2 year experience in Oracle system
(7)Very good documentation capabilities
(8)Oracle Programming and administration
(9)Siebel Configuration and administration
