职位描述及要求

Location: 浦东高桥，提供班车

Responsibilities 责任:
- Promote PU as a preferable material for insulation
- Explore business options in Sandwich Panel, Spray insulation, Block Foam, Pre- insulated pipe, Roof insulation, Exterior wall insulation
- Develop and maintain direct relationship with key construction customers, real estate developers, government authorities, design institutions
- Develop new distributors and build the regulation system of distributor management
- Support distributor to bid for project
- Analysis domestic competitors and give out actions plan accordingly
- Support technical seminar and exhibition
- Pursue aggressive growth targets by promoting company brand and developing new business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Master degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architecture or other related subjects
- Have good knowledge in PU, XPS, EIFS, EPS or other insulation related materials
- Have good knowledge in building structure
- Building energy efficiency experience is preferred
- Excellent inter-personal communication skills
- Excellent software skills in Microsoft Office and Auto-CAD
- Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin
