Requirements: -University graduated in Paper making technology or chemicals engineering; -Preferable at least 3 years work experiences in sales or technical of paper chemicals or technical processor at reputable paper mill; -Experience and familiar with Chinese paper industry; -Experiences in relationship management and account management; -Good personality,interpersonal skills, open minded and team work spirit; -Good English skills -Be flexible in term of work base/location. Main Tasks: 1. Sell products to customers to achieve sales targets Sell BASF chemical products for Paper Industry in the assigned area of China in order to realize sales targets agreed upon in the yearly target agreement. Visit customers on a regular basis, conclude orders, develop distribution channels, collect account receivables, arrange internal sales logistics in cooperation with CSO and other department. 2. Collect market information Gather market information, carry out market surveys, constantly update customer profiles, market & competitor intelligence and complete monthly sales report in order to achieve a high degree of market transparency. 3. Identify potential customers in the assigned area Visit existing and potential customers in the Paper Industry, identify new business opportunities and develop new customer in the assigned area. 4. Promote new products and establish the market position Introduce and promote new products, conduct technical presentations and seminars in order to establish leading market position of BASF Paper Chemicals in the assign market. 5. Identify and report customer needs Identify and report customer needs, develop follow-up actions and actively contribute with ideas for the R&D program. Develop an account plans/LAMP. 6. Follow up customer complaints and optimize customer satisfaction Timely report and professionally handle customer complaints, develop follow-up actions, take proper action in close cooperation with Product Management, CSO, Marketing Manager and other related department in order to satisfy the customers. 7. Technical service to customer Provide technical advice and services to customers with the objective to meet customers‘ technical requirements and support the business development.
