职位描述及要求



工作描述
1.Operational Excellence
- Proactive development of marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs.
- Implement, on a timely basis, approved brand strategies and marketing plan, across the regions in China.
- Monitor business performance, external environment and competition to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives.
- Undertake the appropriate market research to enhance the business performance and develop appropriate innovation to support marketing strategies.
- Liaise with external agencies to deliver initiatives for brand
- Accurately manage budgets for brand by effective tracking and control.
- Ensure that NP4 guidelines are fully complied with
2.Leading for Performance
- Achieve sales targets
- Full accountability for brand and delivery of all programs related to it.
3.Customers at the Centre of the Strategy
- Understand and use marketing principles and C4/MPH process to deliver to customer needs
- Disease and market understanding to develop customer insights through appropriate techniques/tools
- Develop and partner with KOLs to optimize patient management and care from brand‘s perspective
4. People at the Heart of the Business
- Day-to-day interaction with other departments (Medical, Sales, Business Analysis, etc.) to drive, align and implement brand strategy and marketing plans.
- Work intimately with Medical department on medical education and programs (eg phase 4 trials, advisory board, consensus development, speaker training / development, KOL development, publication strategy, etc) to drive brand objectives
- Acts as brand champion to create enthusiasm and focus internally and with external customers and agencies.

基本要求
- A strong drive and passion for excellence, with a background in Medical Education
- 3 to 5 years experience as a Brand/Product Manager with a record of achievements gained in leading pharmaceutical companies, preferably in Oncology field.
- Pharmaceutical sales experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with good relationship building, negotiation and listening skills. Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must.
- Creativity and the capability of dealing with complex tasks and strong analytical skills while not losing focus of the key business drivers.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive with a good business understanding including key performance and success indicators, and customer focus
- A team player, yet possessing leadership qualities to lead projects and programs across various functions
- Computer literacy.
